Good morning, dear lovers of aromatic oil. Today we will continue to talk with you about the amazing properties of these “little things” useful for our body. Such oils as: Bergamot and Neroli, sandalwood oil fall under our sight … And we will also tell you how to prepare various types of baths with aromatic dishes.

So, we start.

1.) If you are annoyed, or you need to “work hard”, or maybe you have stress? In this case, choose a bergamot. Bergamot tea – a great start of the day. It can be called a “cheerful”, reminiscent of coffee, only without side effects. But bergamot oil is an excellent assistant for your skin: he nourishes the skin, and prevents inflammation, and the fungi “kills” and even restores damaged areas of the skin.

2.) You are irritable and nervous? Or you have a depressed mood or a breakdown? Then choose Neroli.

3.) Sandalwood oil – an excellent assistant to your immune and nervous systems. This oil establishes the process of blood circulation, positively affects the pituitary gland. And it is able to cheer you up and return the joy of life with depression.

Well, what did you read?) Now is the time to dive into your favorite bath and enjoy the aromatic dishes. Just do not forget about precautions:

The smells of essential oils must like and bring pleasure. Do not buy those oils from which you are “turning away”.

Store aromatic aromas should be in places inaccessible to children and animals.

Be careful with oils, do not allow pure etheric oil to be on your skin.

Before using the oils, carefully read the instructions.

Using oils in the smoking room, do not exceed the session time! Only 20 minutes!!!

If you are in an “interesting position”, then do not use oils without consulting your doctor.

How to cook a bath with aromatic dishes?

If you have a lot at work, and there is still a “whole mountain of affairs”, then accept the invigorating bath:

5 drops of rosemary, 3 drops of pine (can be replaced with geranium oil – 2 drops).

You got everything? Then plunge into the bath – antidepressant:

Bergamot -3 drops of Ilang -Ylang – 2 drops of Pettigrain – 1 drop.
