[New Year’s decor of the apartment is one of the components of the pre -holiday mood. New Year is perhaps the most joyful, most long -awaited holiday for children and adults. A long before the holiday itself, preparations for it begins: gifts are bought, outfits and a festive program are selected. The decoration of the apartment during this period also needs to be approached wisely.
Of course, the decoration of your living space can be treated superficially by hanging a couple of garlands, but it is better to show imagination, and if you have children, then they are in this fascinating occupation.
It will be advisable to start with the main decoration of the holiday – Christmas. In order for the Christmas tree to look uniquely you need to decorate it in an original way. So, you need snow, used to use cotton wool for these purposes, but it did not look quite presentable, now there is now on sale, the so -called “artificial snow”. In fact, this is a foam that sprinkles from the spray can, it looks quite realistic and at the same time leaves no trace.
It would be great if you made toys with your own hands, then the Christmas tree would be really unique. Girlands can also be made by gathering large beads on a thread or tape, small toys, shells and coins. But you can instead of toys, hang sweets and fruits on a Christmas tree. Since there is a year of a white (metal) tiger, it will be appropriate to use the figures of this predator as a decoration.
The usual paper snowflakes on the windows can be replaced with rhinestones that glue on a special transparent glue that is easily washed off. The same snowflakes can be laid out on the mirrors.
Another original decor element is the festive decoration of the chandelier. You can make a kind, but at the same time unusual “rain”. To do this, you will need large rhinestones or glass, they need to be strung on a thread and attached to the chandelier. The more such threads you succeed, the more spectacular it will look in the light of an electric light bulb or candles.
In decorating the apartment, you can use lively cut or indoor flowers, decorating pots of ribbons. One of the most important elements of decor is no doubt lighting. You can place small “floating” candles or electric garlands from small bulbs around the perimeter of the room. It is worth putting a few large candles on the table so that you turn off the electric lighting to plunge into the festive atmosphere.
Each of us with the advent of the New Year connects our dreams and hopes. Everyone wants the New Year to bring only the best by fulfilling our cherished desires. And even if your plans do not include celebrating the New Year at home, it is worth decorating your apartment to maintain a good mood and a festive atmosphere.
