Very often a pregnant woman, especially in the second half, begins to feel weakness, rapid fatigue, dizziness. This may be a sign of anemia. So, you must adjust your diet by introducing more meat, eggs, cottage cheese, kefir, other lactic acid products, as well as raw carrots, fruits, especially apples, cabbage. Pomegranate juice will also be very useful.

During pregnancy, a phenomenon as headache is common during pregnancy. For the most part, headaches arise from tension, but they almost completely pass after 25 weeks of pregnancy. In this case, a full -fledged eight -hour sleep in a room with an open window and of course – walks in the fresh air. A glass of mint tea will not be superfluous, light massage.

But the most important is the recommendation – during pregnancy, be especially vigilant and in all cases that doubt your own health, be sure to consult your gynecologist.
