Roulet from the liver with apples – a wonderful snack to boiled potatoes.
Good afternoon, dear hostesses)). I hope you are ready for the next culinary masterpiece?)). Today we will create a miracle-bush to boiled potatoes-“Roulet from the liver with apples”. You can easily purchase all ingredients at any supermarket, and even bring apples from a summer house or village)).
What we need? But such products: beef liver approximately -500 grams, 1 onion, apples – 300 g, smoked bond -200 g, salt and ground black pepper, lavrushka (that is, bay leaf), butter – 1 table. spoon, sour cream -2 table. l., bouillon.
The required time to prepare a dish is 60 minutes. We cook for 6 people.

1 step.) First, we thoroughly wash the liver under cold water and remove the film. We take a sharp knife and cut the liver with slices, slightly beat it off. Salt, pepper to taste.
